What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

1. Design & Sketching:

• Create detailed jewelry design sketches using CorelDRAW based on client requests.

• Accurate estimation of dimensions, stone quantity, setting style and other technical details.

• Provide hand-drawn sketches when needed.

• Ensure all designs align with the latest trends and client preferences.

2. Efficiency & Workflow Management:

• Deliver design sketches and details within tight deadlines (hours) to ensure quick client responses.

• Handle a large volume of design requests while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

• Work closely with the operations and pricing teams to transform design concepts into accurate sketches and price estimates.

• Ensure minimal revisions and quick turnarounds to meet client expectations.

3. Accuracy & Records:

• Maintain accurate records of design changes and details for future reference.

• Ensure all designs meet quality and brand standards while considering manufacturing feasibility.

4. Input & Innovation:

• Offer input on design elements like metal selection, setting styles and gemstone placements to improve appeal and feasibility.

• Stay updated on jewelry trends and design software to continuously improve processes.

What you'll need :

• 4-5 years of experience in CorelDRAW with a focus on International jewelry design.

• Detailed portfolio showcasing jewelry designs created using CorelDRAW.

• Strong understanding of jewelry design principles, weight estimation and production processes.

• Proficiency in other design software (e.g., Rhino, Jewel CAD, Matrix) is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Traits:

• Team player with strong communication skills.

• Honest, trustworthy, and takes full responsibility for tasks.

• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, focused on results without blame or complaints.

• Knowledge of diamond breakups and costing is a plus.
