About the role
We’re seeking a driven Manager of Strategic Finance to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analyses. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders to inform critical growth decisions, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen our financial foundation. This role primarily focuses on strategic finance, with additional responsibilities in revenue operations.
Location: NYC (In office 3 days per week)
What you’ll do
Strategic Finance & Forecasting
Develop and manage financial models to guide strategic decisions.
Lead rolling forecasts aligned with company objectives.
Drive scenario planning and analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Budgeting & Variance Analysis
Manage budgeting processes and track departmental performance.
Identify trends, manage risks, and highlight growth opportunities.
Financial Reporting & Metrics
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership and board meetings.
Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support month-end close, invoicing, and related financial processes.
Revenue Operations Support
Collaborate with Revenue and Growth teams on pricing, contracts, and market investments.
Assess and model new revenue opportunities, providing strategic insights.
Financial Infrastructure & Tools
Streamline financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and scalability.
Enhance efficiency and reliability of financial data reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Provide financial expertise and strategic advice across departments.
What we're seeking
4–6 years in strategic finance, FP&A, revenue operations, investment banking, or consulting (SaaS or healthcare experience preferred).
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Proven track record collaborating cross-functionally.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
