💼 About the Role
We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to own the successful transition from signed contract to validated roll-out.
You will lead the client relationship during the POC phase, ensure the solution is properly configured and deployed, and drive the POC toward a clear exit decision (go / no-go / expansion).
This role combines client leadership, commercial instinct, and structured execution to transform signed opportunities into scalable, high-performing live accounts.
You are not a project coordinator. You are the single-threaded owner of POC success and conversion.
📝 Responsibilities
Drive POC exit and roll-out conversion
Convert ≥ X% of POCs into validated roll-outs within agreed timelines.
Lead structured conversations toward clear go / no-go / expansion decisions.
Ensure POCs do not drift without commercial direction.
Deliver structured, on-time POC execution
Define milestones, scope, risks, and dependencies from day one.
Maintain full visibility for both clients and internal teams.
Prevent firefighting through proactive alignment and execution discipline.
Improve performance through structured iteration
Monitor core KPIs throughout the POC.
Work closely with Solutions Engineers to drive measurable performance improvements.
Translate performance evolution into clear, executive-level narratives for clients.
Align internal teams around outcomes
Ensure Solutions Engineering, Integrations, Legal, Account Management, and Product remain aligned and unblocked.
Act as the central coordination point during the POC phase.
Escalate early and clearly when needed — never late.
📚 Requirements
Analytical & Outcome focused: Ability to translate data insights into action, works with measurable success criteria and continuously evaluates outcomes to pivot strategy when needed.
Client Centric & Relationship Leadership: Builds trust with client stakeholders through clear communication, proactive problem solving, and demonstrated ownership of delivering value.
Operational Delivery & Execution Excellence: Manages complex, multi-task initiatives with rigor, from initial setup and launch through iterative refinement, milestone tracking, and final reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with product, engineering, sales, operations and solutions engineers to align on technical needs, surface product insights, and iterate assets like dashboards owned by OPS and configurations supported by tech, where necessary
Commercial Acumen: Understands business contexts and outcomes to identify meaningful upsell/expansion paths and makes data-backed cases for next steps.

About Murphy AI
Founded in 2024 in Barcelona by Borja and Marc, Murphy AI was born to address a pressing real-world problem: recovering payments from defaulting clients. The idea stemmed from Borja's firsthand experience as a CFO struggling with inefficient debt collection processes in his previous ventures. Partnering with Marc, a passionate CTO eager to bring his own product vision to life, the duo set out on a mission. From the start, they shared an unwavering obsession: to solve a real problem and redefine how businesses recover unpaid debts.
