microagi is building it. We are the data layer for physical AI.

Around ten lab deliveries run at the same time. Their status is currently tracked informally, which stops working at this size. You will own the numbers. What has shipped, what is late, what quality it went out at, and what it cost us to produce. Then you will build the reporting so the answer takes a second instead of a conversation.

What You Will Do

• Own delivery tracking across every active lab engagement.
• Build the reporting layer. Dashboards, queries, and the definitions behind them.
• Turn delivery data into decisions about throughput, quality, and where the bottleneck actually sits.
• Work with the labs and the internal teams to keep timelines and volumes honest.
• Replace manual status chasing with something that updates itself.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and Python. You go from raw tables to a working dashboard on your own.
• Experience owning delivery, program, or operations analytics.
• You are comfortable telling someone their project is late, with the numbers to back it.
• Structured thinker. You define a metric once and then hold everyone to it.
• High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Fluent in English.
• German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Data warehouses and BI tooling.
• A background in operations or supply chain analytics.
• Experience working directly with external partners on delivery timelines.
