microagi is building it. We are the data layer for physical AI.

We are hiring two forward deployed engineers for Atlas. You will spend much of your time inside customer facilities. Factory floors, warehouses, production lines. One seat is for someone who deploys software and AI systems. The other is for someone who has put real robots into production. Apply to whichever you are, and tell us which.

What You Will Do

• Deploy Atlas into customer facilities and stay until it works under their conditions.
• Set up capture hardware, integrate with the customer's systems, and train their people to run it.
• Diagnose failures on site, where you cannot reproduce the problem later at your desk.
• Feed what you learn back into the product so the next deployment is easier than this one.
• Own the technical relationship with the customer through the deployment.
• Travel regularly. This is not a desk job with occasional site visits.

Requirements

• Either strong software and AI deployment experience, or hands-on experience deploying robots in production environments.
• You have worked on site with a customer and fixed something under time pressure.
• Strong Python. Comfortable on a Linux command line in a noisy building.
• You can explain a technical problem to someone who does not work in technology.
• Willing to travel regularly and work in industrial environments.
• High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Fluent in English.
• German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Industrial automation, PLCs, or fieldbus protocols.
• Camera and sensor installation in production environments.
• A previous forward deployed or field engineering role.
