Every customer needs data delivered in a slightly different shape. Your job is to be the last-mile delivery layer: take what the internal team has prepared, transform it into the required customer format, and make a messy process look effortless from the outside.

What You Will Do

• Transform prepared data into the exact format each customer needs.
• Gather and consolidate customer requirements into reusable modules, checklists, and workflows that the team can run again.
• Sit between the internal team and the customer as the delivery layer for data outputs.
• Coordinate fixes when something goes wrong, and communicate clearly with the customer at a lightweight Slack-level of interaction.
• Follow the existing documented delivery process step by step, then make it easier to run over time.
• Build internal tools that both technical and operations teams can use to make data delivery faster, clearer, and less manual.
• Use AI tools heavily as part of the day-to-day work.

Requirements

• Smart generalist with clear, simple algorithmic thinking. You do not need to be a deep technical specialist.
• Obsessive attention to detail. The job is won or lost on small mistakes.
• Fast learner. Every customer has different requirements, and you will need to adapt quickly.
• Comfortable turning messy, complex processes into something that looks clean and reliable from the outside.
• Comfortable with basic customer communication when something needs to be clarified or fixed.
• High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do.
• Fluent in English.
