We partner with food and FMCG companies to save products at risk of going to waste by re-selling them at discounted prices directly to consumers: sustainable, affordable and accessible to all. Today, our shops are open in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany and Austria.

We are now looking for an Accountant to strengthen our Accounting team. In this role you will be responsible for contributing the day to day accounting throughout all subsidiaries. You will be reporting to the Head of Group Accounting.
What you’ll do as an Accountant with us
Process supplier invoices and relevant approvals
Process supplier payments
Issue B2B invoices
Prepare journal entries
Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial transactions
Support the team in the month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
To be successful in this role, we believe you need
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
To be a professional user of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Strong written and spoken English and Swedish skills
A few years of working experience in a relevant field
German knowledge is a plus
Experience from working in Netsuite and/or Medius is a plus
