Sales Intern

Imagine a million dollar science lab in your pocket. Imagine a platform that enables innovative learning at speed and makes education accessible to everyone, everywhere. This could be your pitch. We are excited to offer a current full time or part time student an unpaid opportunity to develop their sales skills with a mission driven intercultural organization! We are also happy to work with you if you are able to earn academic credit for this internship. Join our team to provide superior customer service, connect directly with educational institutions around the world, and drive sales efforts to drive profitable growth, supporting the growth of all markets outside of the US.

Responsibilities

    • Apply your confident determination to achieve your sales goals by taking our sales approach and making it your own recipe for success

    • Work at a pace, pick up the phone, and focus on regular activity tracking

    • Represent Labster by clearly stating our product value and benefits.

    • Develop relevant questions and build a dialogue to understand the needs of your higher education prospects. We work with a consultative sales approach

    • Gather territory information to aid in lead generation and share knowledge with lead development teams to drive our targeting efforts

    • Spark your creativity by working with marketing to identify the most valuable events in your area and grow your business by working with your Account Executive.

    • The duration of the internship is between 3-6 months

Qualifications

    • You are Fluent in verbal and written English (other languages are a plus)

    • You have a Bachelor's degree or are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, ideally business administration

    • You see opportunities everywhere. You are determined, optimistic, resilient and do not shy away from a challenge

    • You gain energy from interacting with new people and building mutually beneficial relationships that go well beyond traditional outcomes

    • You are tech-savvy and understand the value and usage of a good tool

    • Previous experience in the education sector is a bonus, but not required.

We do so by developing fully interactive advanced lab simulations based on mathematical algorithms that support open-ended investigations. These are combined with gamification elements such as an immersive 3D universe, storytelling and a scoring system which stimulates students’ natural curiosity and highlights the connection between science and the real world.

Our main partners are HigherEd institutions and High Schools but we also support companies with their internal and external corporate training.
