The Role

As VP Business Operations you will lead and scale all of our infrastructure and operations to enable the business to achieve its ambitious targets for our PayNow and PayLater products. You will be responsible for a number of functions within the business including Customer Ops, Sales Ops, Business Ops and People & Recruitment. You will play a pivotal part in building and growing a high performing cross functional team that delivers operational excellence across the business. You will own complex processes and build the infrastructure we need to deliver all of our ambitious goals.

As part of our Functional Leadership team, you will work closely with other members of the Leadership team and lead cross functional teams and projects.
