The Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager focusing on Enterprise deals you will focus on selling to our largest prospects, typically with turnover of £50M plus. You'll be tasked with creating prospect lists, identifying the key decision makers and building relationships with them as you pitch the benefits of using Krya's payments solutions.You will be involved with all aspects of customer outreach and managing complex and often long sales cycles all the way to successful implementation, launch and driving adoption.

This role is perfect for a consultative business developer who understands why growing businesses need working capital and believes in the Kriya's mission to make business finance more efficient and transparent.

What you'll do:

  • Identifying a target list of prospects, key decision makers and influencers within the business and building strong relationships with them
  • Using your expert industry knowledge to pitch the benefits of adopting Kriya’s innovative payments solutions and how those align with the business priorities of our target customers
  • Owning and managing a complex and often long sales cycle from prospecting all the way to successfully launching an integration and driving adoption and value for the merchant
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of key business opportunities, recognising industry trends and having expert knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team including Marketing, Implementation, Operations and Risk to ensure you can package the best solution for our prospective merchants
  • Driving new business generation through referrals and relationship building
  • Relevant experience in B2B solution sales at enterprise level
  • Prior experience in a SaaS based sales environment or a technical financial services sales process
  • A strong track record of consistently high performance in a go-to-market and revenue generating role
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, determined and tenacious
  • Data driven with strong analytical, numeracy and research skills
  • You work hard and are passionate about achieving great results
  • Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, mission-led environment
