Delivery Associate (Strategic Partners)

Driving growth through strategic partnerships is a key activity at Kriya. The successful candidate will support the process of onboarding and launching new strategic partnerships with the help of the Head of Strategic Partnerships Development. This is an exciting opportunity to design and execute a Strategic Partnership program for the business alongside senior members of the team.

This role will be based in London (hybrid) and will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships Development.

Responsibilities

  • Project management: Support on key strategic projects by preparing project documents (including plans/ charts/ diagrams), coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders, setting meeting cadence and holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
  • Launch & delivery: Support the Strategic Partnerships function to prepare the relevant materials needed for conducting a successful program with a potential strategic partner.
  • Delivery: deliver a successful program incl. working with product, sales operations, legal, marketing and technology teams to collect requirements, devise operating models and deliver reporting to ensure success ahead of longer term commercial agreements.
  • Partner training: Train new partners on how to work effectively with Kriya and encourage referrals while briefing design teams on the collateral needed to support.
  • Partner agreements: ensure any obligations in potential strategic partnership agreements are achievable within the parameters set and suggest the contractual changes where necessary.
  • Partnership reporting: analyse strategic partnership programs and present findings both internally to key stakeholders and externally to partners.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years experience in a partnership, commercial or project management role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present data clearly using various tools.
  • A highly organised approach to working and managing time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to project a professional image.
  • Ability to work well across various cross-functional teams such as technology, risk, operations, marketing and sales.
  • Experience using project management tools and processes to deliver work and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Passionate about technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business impact
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and work with the team to best translate those into a simple solution that works
  • Prior experience in a relevant field (project management, business analysis or similar) is preferable but not essential. Experience in partnerships, fintech or tech is a bonus.
