The role
We’re hiring an Embed Operations Associate to help build and scale how we deliver embedded health insurance to our enterprise partners. As we expand rapidly into new markets and onboard increasingly complex clients, we need someone who can strengthen our operational foundations, coordinate successful launches, and improve the processes that keep our partner experience best-in-class.
In this role, you’ll work across Integrations, Engineering, Customer Support, Finance, Compliance, Benefits and Go-to-market to make sure new partners launch smoothly, operational handoffs are bulletproof, and our ways of working evolve in step with our growth. You’ll support implementations, drive process improvement, and develop the data, structure, and tools that help us operate more efficiently.
You’ll be joining at a moment of rapid momentum for Embed, where new clients, markets, and opportunities are coming online quickly - creating both challenge and real opportunity to drive meaningful impact.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain internal processes and documentation that keep teams aligned throughout the partner lifecycle.
Improve how we operate day-to-day; identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and introducing clearer, more scalable ways of working.
Coordinate new partner launches end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional readiness and smooth operational setup across Go-to-market, Marketing, Account Management, Benefits, Integrations and Engineering.
Manage key operational activities such as first-line compliance (KYB), structured client data capture, and the flow of information from prospecting through to launch.
Build and maintain client information hubs, standalone knowledge environments that help partners and their end-users understand how Kota health insurance works. You’ll ensure these hubs are created for each partner, remain accurate over time, and act as a scalable way for users to access clear, compliant guidance without needing direct support.
Support BAU operations by stepping into gaps when needed - including query management and pricing/quotation workflows.
Develop internal and partner-facing reporting and insights to introduce more data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with the GM of Embed and Account Manager on partner-facing initiatives, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
