Role Overview

We’re hiring a Product Engineering Lead to own Customer Enablement — the stream that turns benefits into everyday value for employers and employees.

Your team builds and refines the experiences where benefits come alive: Spend Card, Total Reward Statements, bring-your-own-benefits, funding and payroll integrations, onboarding, and dashboards that unite insurance and investment data.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team shaping how people actually use their benefits across web and mobile — connecting the logic of our financial systems to the experiences that make them feel effortless.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery and delivery for projects such as spend card, funding, and world class onboarding experiences.

  • Shape product pitches that tie user insight to measurable engagement outcomes.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering to build cohesive, performant experiences across devices.

  • Partner with the Insurance and Investments streams to surface unified benefit data and actions.

  • Ensure the experience is consistent, intuitive, and scales as we add more providers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background as a founder, PM/tech lead, or product-minded engineer who’s built transactional or fintech products.

  • Strong empathy for users and design sensibility — you care about flow, clarity, and polish.

  • Experience leading small, cross-functional teams shipping end-user products.

  • Ability to make evidence-based product calls while moving fast.

  • Great communicator who can align technical and business context.
