Our global CRM department is looking for a CRM copywriter to help develop communication across our product offering, and engage our existing consumers through highly relevant messaging. You write everything from editorial pieces and educational content, to short and snappy email subject lines.
Who you are:
As CRM Copywriter, you'll be hitting the ground running from the get-go. You’re comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively, and have experience in creative ideation. You understand that the beauty is in the details. You are not afraid to grow together with the help of AI and understand its importance in order to drive efficiency, but also understand that it will not replace the need for copywriters.

Collaborating closely with our talented CRM specialists and designers, you will be instrumental in bringing our product offering to life through compelling and distinctive messaging. Together, let's create an unforgettable customer experience that resonates with our audience and drives long-term loyalty.

We expect you to:

  • Crafting compelling and persuasive copy for CRM campaigns and communication that engage and retain customers.
  • Ensure Klarna's brand and tone of voice is consistent with CRM content across different channels.
  • Creating personalized, targeted messaging for different customer segments to enhance customer relationships and drive conversion.
  • Analyzing CRM performance metrics and conducting A/B testing to optimize copy and improve campaign effectiveness.

Core skills:

  • At least 3-4 years experience working as a copywriter.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Excellent grammar skills.
  • Proven experience of writing CRM copy, including app channels. Good listener and understanding for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects within time constraints and with precise attention to detail. A positive, go-getter attitude, with a passion for storytelling.
