What you will do You will drive growth by developing and expanding strategic partnerships with some of Klarna’s most important merchants in Germany. In this role, you will own senior stakeholder relationships and advise on the commercial strategy. You will take ownership of identifying high-impact opportunities, translating complex data and insights into clear senior stakeholder-level value propositions, and leading strategic discussions that influence our partners' roadmap. You will work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and commercial teams to design scalable solutions that address partner needs and deliver measurable business outcomes. By combining structured thinking with strong commercial judgment, you will turn insights into actionable improvements that support long-term, sustainable growth. Who you are At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Management Consulting, Account Management, or a similar commercial position Experience from a consulting company, fintech, and/or e-commerce environment, with exposure to complex business models Exceptional track record of driving outcomes through senior stakeholder management, with a proven ability to sell complex ideas in a clear, structured, and compelling way Proven analytical skills with the ability to understand performance metrics, interpret figures, and translate insights into actionable recommendations Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading strategic conversations and negotiations with senior stakeholder audiences Structured thinker with the ability to connect insights across data, market context, and partner needs Awesome to have Strong understanding of payments, financial services, or digital commerce ecosystems Experience in collaborating closely with analytics or data teams on commercial decision-making International experience or exposure to cross-market stakeholder management Please include a CV in English.
