What You Will Do
You will be responsible for our partners' smooth experience while they implement our products and solutions, ensuring high-quality integrations. Working closely with our partners and Klarna’s product and engineering teams, you will strengthen your knowledge about the e-commerce and payments industry as well as the underlying system and vendor landscape. This will make you an important source of feedback on Klarna’s products!

As part of a Delivery/Implementation team, you will:

• Support the management of multiple partners and concurrent projects.
• Help maintain the integrations and troubleshoot accordingly, providing some operational support where required.
• Work with other internal teams and resources to help define the overall solution and scope of our partner integrations.
• Drive priorities for the development team as aligned to solution design and scope.
• Understand Klarna products’ architecture and design to support successful integrations.
• Ensure Klarna quality standards are exceeded for our partner integrations.
• Manage reported issues and coordinate addressing issues for these integrations.
• Set standards and processes around best practices for our partner integrations.
• Provide internal training, documentation, and knowledge sharing on partner systems and how to appropriately leverage these integrations.
• Be in contact with our distribution partners via messaging, phone, video call, or email, as well as on-site during workshops and demos.
• Use Klarna tools to communicate and coordinate across many teams.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of software solutioning experience or system integration experience.
• Proven track record of building solutions and achieving results while taking a structured and analytical approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce shop systems or payment systems, specifically platforms and plugins.
• Self-motivated individual who takes ownership and drives solutions.
