What You Will Do

As a Software Engineer (Python/AI), you will play a key role in solving complex problems within the realm of AI and automation. Your work will focus on developing innovative solutions that enhance how we manage and analyze data, facilitate personal development, and improve communication within Klarna. You will be involved in continuous innovation, experimentation, and collaboration with senior leadership to bring AI-driven solutions to life.

• Collaborate with a dynamic team: Work with diverse professionals to foster creativity and explore new technologies.

• Develop AI and automation solutions: Design and implement advanced solutions to drive business efficiency and innovation.

• Manage internal systems: Ensure robust, reliable, and scalable systems for all Klarnauts, including executive leadership.

• Learn from successes and failures: Use experiences to continuously improve and innovate, propelling us towards our next breakthrough.

You Will Have

• Backend Engineering with Python: Strong Python skills, including Python 3 basics and experience with web frameworks like FastAPI.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL: Proficient in using PostgreSQL and SQL for database management.

• Experience with LLMs and OpenAI API: Practical knowledge of large language models and the OpenAI API.

• Experience with REST APIs and web sockets: Familiarity with third-party system integrations.

• Proficiency in English: Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Awesome to Have

• Familiarity with GenAI Libraries: Experience with Hugging Face and LangChain.

• Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in AWS (Serverless, Lambda, Redshift, S3, EC2).

• CI/CD and Monitoring Tools: Understanding of Jenkins and Datadog.

• Building Slack Bots/Integrations: Experience in developing Slack bots and integrations.
