By providing expertise, guidance, and empowerment, we ensure that teams are fully equipped with the knowledge to either gather fresh insights or leverage existing data - with our proactivity ensuring decisions are backed by quality insights.
We are developing an Insights Hub, where business users can dig into data describing the causes of consumer churn, satisfaction, and the wider competitive landscape. We’re combining data from surveys, customer service errands, focus groups, ad tracking, social media and more, to synthesize further consumer insights for Klarna - and as a Senior Data Scientist, you will drive this work - expanding our methods to encompass new data sources, modeling consumer behavior, and integrating the data and your own insights into our Hub.
To succeed, you will have:
- Experience in Natural Language Processing techniques, such as topic modeling, text summarization and sentiment analysis.
- Experience with LLMs is a plus. Experience working with Python, data pipelining, and data visualization
- Experience using machine learning algorithms for regression and classification
- Experience working with survey data or other data formats common to consumer marketing or go-to-market domains
- A university degree in a technical or numerate subject (e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, or Economics).
