The Investor Relations and Acceleration function supports Klarna’s global organisation with strategic advisory related to expansion and growth. Our job is to accelerate Klarna's growth by pursuing strategic and value-adding initiatives such as acquisitions, investments and partnerships.

We are looking for a new colleague with relevant experience from acquisitions and/or investments with a focus on financial analysis. You’ll be exposed to strategic topics at the first AI-powered bank, with the mission to support the best shopping and payments experience for consumers.

Work tasks can include but are not limited to:Financial analysis related to acquisitions, investments and strategic projects. Lead initiatives related to acquisitions, investments and strategic projects. Collaborate with different parts of Klarna to drive growth initiatives.

You should have

Degree from a university in a numerate subject (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Science, Engineering or Business)
3-6 years of relevant experience from a professional services firm, financial advisor, investment company, investment bank or similar
Experience from investment/acquisition processes including financial due diligence and accounting considerations
Financial analysis skills
Understanding of accounting foundation principles
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
Strong attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
Significant drive, ambition and curiosity
High conceptual ability
