Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first B2B SaaS environment, collaborates cross-functionally, and brings experience in AI-powered self-serve analytics, automation, and strategic insights.

You’ll join a function that operates as a trusted advisor across the company—with strong C-level backing and board-level visibility—supporting management, product, customer experience, sales, and marketing.

You’re fluent in SQL and modern data modeling (dbt on Databricks) and you’re NOT here to churn out dashboards—you’ll design and improve AI/BI self-serve experiences (e.g., Databricks Genie), using Power BI only where it truly adds value. You pair practical GenAI skills with solid data skills to build trustworthy, reusable datasets, and you turn complex data into decision-ready narratives that drive action across the business. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will:

🎯 Lead full-stack analytics project management – identify, scope, and deliver strategic insights that drive business outcomes.
🔎 Conduct in-depth analyses – interpret trends, surface patterns, and translate findings into data-driven recommendations.
🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally – partner with marketing, sales, product, and leadership to support strategic decision-making.
🗣️ Engage stakeholders proactively – translate business needs into clear, actionable data solutions.
🧭 Mentor and uplift – share knowledge within the analytics team to foster a strong, data-driven culture.
📊 Build and optimize dashboards (Power BI) – provide effective self-service analytics solutions for stakeholders.
✅ Safeguard data quality – validate datasets, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and automate data-quality checks.
⚙️ Eliminate inefficiencies – optimize workflows, improve processes, and implement automation.
🛠️ Own data pipelines – set up and manage ETL/ELT and datasets (dbt models on Databricks) for accurate, efficient processing.
