Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager with a focus on sales enablement to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between product marketing and sales, providing the sales and marketing teams with the tools, resources, and insights needed to effectively convey the value of our products to prospects. You’ll work closely with product management, sales, and marketing to align messaging, strategies, and training efforts, driving both revenue growth and customer success.

Your typical week would include:

  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and implement plans to equip the sales team with resources to drive product adoption and revenue.
  • Collateral Creation: Produce and maintain sales materials like presentations, case studies, battle cards, and self-serve customer resources (e.g., blogs and newsletters).
  • Training: Collaborate with the Training Manager to ensure the sales team understands product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
  • Collaboration: Align with sales and marketing leaders to address gaps and opportunities.
  • Content Optimization: Review and refine sales content to address customer pain points effectively.
  • Competitive Insights: Provide market trends and competitor analysis to support value articulation and maintain battle cards.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather sales team input to improve messaging, materials, and strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Define KPIs, track program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.

You’re the perfect fit if you

  • Have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role in B2B or SaaS.
  • Possess a proven track record in sales enablement, delivering measurable results.
  • Excel in communication, with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, turning data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Have experience creating high-quality sales collateral and training materials.
  • Are familiar with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

The compensation listed is just one aspect of the comprehensive rewards package for this position. The salary range will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, relevant abilities, and equity.

Compensation: $105 000 CAD - $110 000 CAD annual
