Who we’re looking for

Katana is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Specialist with a focus on SaaS to enhance our team. This position is vital for expanding our SaaS product within the EU by efficiently managing and re-engaging leads, including follow-ups and scheduling additional demos. The successful candidate will be adept at sustaining client relationships and effectively demonstrating the advantages of our solutions.
An ideal candidate is one who not only achieves their sales targets but also proactively identifies new opportunities for growth. The role requires someone who can provide creative solutions to sales challenges and consistently drive the company's revenue upwards.

Your typical week would include:

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions, tailoring the experience to meet client needs.
  • Rebook missed demos and handle follow-up discussions to keep potential clients engaged.
  • To close deals effectively, apply various sales methodologies (such as SPICED, Sandler, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger) to specific sales scenarios.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead engagement to securing demos and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the other sales team members and marketing department to align strategies and enhance the sales process.
  • Provide detailed feedback from client interactions to help improve marketing and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with sales platforms like Gong for conversation insights and analytics, as well as CRM systems such as HubSpot for lead management, performance tracking, and detailed reporting.

You’re the perfect fit if you

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in managing client relationships and conducting product demos for CRMs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Previous experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and Gong is a plus.
  • Are knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices and hungry for continuous experimentation and advancement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
