Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join us. We're keen to find someone who can operate across our event-driven architecture, working with their teammates to tackle diverse technical challenges and build great products.

Our team is dedicated to developing advanced software solutions for planning and forecasting that incorporate data analytics, artificial intelligence, and real-time processing to enhance operational accuracy and efficiency. We focus on creating predictive models and tools for optimal resource allocation, inventory management, and dynamic operational adjustments. Through agile methodologies and continuous technological adaptation, we ensure the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.

As a member of our team, you will be building new systems and loveable software that makes business processes effortless.

Your typical week would include:

60% Delivery and execution

  • Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains the software with a clear understanding of the value the software is to provide
  • Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm
  • Develops test suites (functional, destructive, etc) to enable success, rapid deployment of code to production
  • Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.

40% Plans, aligns and proposals

  • Leads in the technical planning of new and existing software projects, conducting thorough analysis to determine feasibility, required technologies, and potential integration points to ensure seamless implementation and scalability.
  • Works with the product team to ensure that tasks are valuable, developer-ready, easy to understand and testable
  • Delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Adapts approach and behaviour in real-time to match the shifting demands of different situations
  • Relates openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people

You’re the perfect fit if you

  • Have at least 5 years of professional engineering experience working in B2B SaaS a product-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with processing large volumes of data and making it efficient and scalable.
  • Have a quality mindset and know what it means to ship maintainable, well-tested code.
  • Use strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with your peers and partner with them on problem-solving.
  • Are team-oriented and value the group’s success over your personal achievements.
  • Are knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices and hungry for continuous experimentation and advancement.
