The position

Reporting to the CLO, your goal as Legal Counsel is to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute legal activities, collaborating cross-functionally with other Idoven teams.

What you will do

• Commercial, technology and contracting law: proven experience in drafting and reviewing all kind of legal documents such as term sheets, NDA´s, MOU´s, Terms of Use, Terms & Conditions, Collaboration and partnership agreements, MSA´s and SOW´s, legal opinions and reports and any kind of contracts related to day to day of legal business consulting for software and digital companies around different jurisdictions in Europe.
• Working on IP/IT tasks, such as contracting and protection of IP assets, also advising on GDPR and data privacy law related issues with the ability to balance legal risks with commercial and operational needs of the business.
• Work with different stakeholders inside and outside of IDOVEN and assist with their legal queries and documentation on a broad range of legal issues, such as regulatory affairs, public administrations, labor contracts and commercial law.
• Work cross-functionally with other internal teams sales, product, operations, HR and soon.
• Advises on day-to-day legal issues affecting USA/EMEA businesses.
• Help the Head of Legal with day-to-day operations, including identification, development,and implementation of department policies and procedures, as well as in the adaptation of compliance policies.
