Homa Games
Product, Design
France
Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.
With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.
This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.
What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor.
Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.
At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.
Team
You’ll be joining a small and highly collaborative team working on a new mobile RPG title currently in active development.
The team is intentionally lean, which means strong ownership, fast iteration, and close collaboration across disciplines. You will report directly to the Art Director and contribute to a large-scale visual overhaul across the game’s core player-facing systems. While working directly with Art Direction, UI/UX, developers, and game designers to help shape an engaging player experience.
Mission
As a Senior UI Artist, you will play a key role in shaping the visual quality and usability of a new mobile RPG experience. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing polished, production-ready UI that feels intuitive, premium, and visually engaging for players. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Own the implementation and polish of core player-facing screens such as the lobby, gameplay HUD, progression systems, shop flows, and pop-up interactions
- Create clean, high-quality UI assets with strong readability, hierarchy, composition, and visual clarity
- Work directly inside Unity to integrate assets into scenes and prefabs in collaboration with developers
- Contribute to the ongoing visual overhaul of the game by improving existing flows and elevating the overall quality
- Help create a more polished, intuitive, and engaging player experience across all interactions and screens
- Collaborate closely with Art Direction and UI/UX to iterate quickly and continuously raise the quality bar

We are looking for a Senior UI Artist with strong mobile gaming experience and excellent graphic design fundamentals, capable of creating polished, game-ready interfaces and implementing them directly inside Unity.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual polish, usability instincts, production autonomy, and collaborative communication skills. This is not a pure illustration role and not a pure UX design role. we are looking for someone who understands how to build clear, polished, and production-ready UI for mobile games.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- Strong UI and graphic design fundamentals, including readability, hierarchy, composition, color usage, interaction clarity, visual consistency, and information prioritization
- Experience creating clean, polished, and production-ready UI assets for mobile games
- Hands-on experience integrating UI assets directly inside Unity, including working with scenes, prefabs, and implementation flows
- Experience working on mobile games and understanding the constraints and expectations of mobile-first UI design, including dense information layouts, readability, and player interaction flows
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working in highly iterative and feedback-heavy environments
- The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, contribute ideas, and collaborate pragmatically within a small team
- We are particularly interested in candidates who can balance strong visual execution with usability and production realities.
Nice to have:
- Motion design experience
- UI animation experience and Unity animation workflows
- Experience animating buttons, transitions, or interactions
- Adobe Illustrator proficiency
We are generally targeting strong mid-level to senior profiles with around 3–6 years of relevant experience, though exceptionally strong junior candidates with highly polished execution skills may also be considered.
Even if you don’t check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we’re more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.
Our Culture
At Homa, we prioritize talent, energy, and determination over traditional credentials. We’re building a global community of brilliant, driven people who think boldly, act with pragmatism, move fast, and push boundaries. We believe true innovation comes from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and curiosity without limits. Our culture is grounded in four core values:
- Humility: We recognise that we are always learning, we can always improve and grow - we stay grounded in a clear view of ourselves.
- Curiosity: We continuously seek the “why” behind the “what” - we explore with purpose and practicality.
- Focus: Our curiosity takes us deeper, not wider - we obsess over the details and let pragmatism guide our attention.
- Ambition: We strive for the best - we don’t settle for “good enough,” - we use common sense to reach higher.
