Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.

With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.

This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.

What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor.

Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.

At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.

Mission

As a Producer, you’ll play a key role in driving the reliable, on-time delivery of features for All in Hole — one of the world’s top-performing mobile games, currently scaling fast. You will embed directly into our development teams, own the production rhythm, and make sure the right things ship, on time, every time.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Own day-to-day production management for two dev teams: run sprints, stand-ups, reviews, and approvals; keep teams focused, unblocked, and performing at their best
  • Drive predictable feature delivery: build and maintain a realistic production plan, track progress daily, raise risks early, and hold the team accountable to commitments
  • Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned: report clearly on project status, flag blockers before they become crises, and ensure senior staff never face surprises
  • Partner on long-term roadmap and staffing planning: work closely with the Executive Producer to plan ahead, sequence the roadmap, and anticipate resource needs
  • Champion continuous process improvement: identify what’s slowing us down, propose better ways of working, and drive adoption of tools and practices that increase delivery velocity

This is a great opportunity to join All in Hole at a moment of real momentum — shaping how production works as only the third producer on the team, with genuine scope to influence delivery culture, processes, and tooling across a globally scaling live game.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in game development and with 3+ years of hands-on production experience. Strong sense of humility, curiosity, ambition, execution mindset, and fairness. You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Proven pre-production planning experience: you’ve built production plans from scratch, negotiated timelines with stakeholders, and gotten sign-off from senior staff on a realistic, structured delivery plan
  • Strong project delivery track record: you’ve shipped features and closed out projects under pressure; you know when and how to push back, raise a red flag, or say no — professionally and constructively
  • A delivery-first mindset: you prioritize shipping on time and quality without burning the team; you find the right balance between protecting people and honoring commitments
  • Ownership mentality: you don’t wait for someone else to fix a problem; if something is at risk, you step in, regardless of whose job it technically is
  • Solid command of production tools and methodologies: you’re fluent in agile, sprint-based workflows; you know your way around equivalent tools like Notion
  • Games industry experience: you’ve worked on live service or forever franchise titles; you understand the pace, KPIs, and pressure of a game that never stops shipping

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience across multiple production disciplines (QA, release management, technical production)
  • Background in mobile game development
  • Experience working on top-performing or commercially scaled games

Even if you don’t check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we’re more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.

Our Culture

At Homa, we prioritize talent, energy, and determination over traditional credentials. We’re building a global community of brilliant, driven people who think boldly, act with pragmatism, move fast, and push boundaries. We believe true innovation comes from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and curiosity without limits. Our culture is grounded in four core values:

  • Humility: We recognise that we are always learning, we can always improve and grow - we stay grounded in a clear view of ourselves.
  • Curiosity: We continuously seek the “why” behind the “what” - we explore with purpose and practicality.
  • Focus: Our curiosity takes us deeper, not wider - we obsess over the details and let pragmatism guide our attention.
  • Ambition: We strive for the best - we don’t settle for “good enough,” - we use common sense to reach higher.

Building great games starts with building a great place to work. Here’s what you can expect:

  • 🏥 Comprehensive Benefits: Depending on your location, you’ll enjoy a range of perks such as insurance, meal vouchers, public transport, gym memberships, and more.
  • 🏢 Paris HQ Access: Enjoy a desk at our private office in a well-located WeWork building that will give you access to WeWork perks like rooftop view and designed coworking spaces.
