Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

You will become a member of the People Team at Homa! This dynamic team comprises several branches, including the HR team consisting of the VP of People, two HR Business Partners (HRBP), and one HR Operations specialist. As well as, a 4-people Talent Acquisition team

Apprenticeships: We are offering a 1-year contract, with the possibility of renewal for an additional year. The ideal schedule is 3 weeks onsite and 1 week at school each month; however, we are flexible with other methodologies.

Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀

As an HR Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team across a range of tasks and strategic projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience across various HR functions, giving you a 360-degree view of HR in action. By joining us, you will develop key strategic HR skills while contributing to high-impact projects that shape our company culture and employee experience.

• HR Initiatives: Contribute to D&I initiatives, participate in HR projects (e.g., Alumni network, onboarding), and assist in updating employee policies.
• Learning & Development: Research training options, coordinate training sessions, track evaluations, and manage the training budget.
• Administrative Support: Assist the People team with contracts, payroll, onboarding, leave management, employee inquiries, and maintaining HR records.
• Analytics: : Prepare HR reports and analytics, and conduct benchmarking exercises and assessments related to HR processes and benefits.
