You will be working alongside and reporting to our FP&A Manager, collaborating with a diverse finance team consisting of 4 persons: the VP of Finance, FP&A Manager, Finance Manager, and a Junior Accountant. They strive to increase productivity within the organization and to provide top management with meaningful analysis to make strategic decisions

Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀

This internship is set up to start in January 2025 ideally.

As a Finance Assistant Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's financial goals are met. You will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the team, assisting with various projects, and bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in managing the company's accounting and financial operations, including updating weekly/monthly tools and producing analysis on operating expenses and other strategic aspects.
• Provide insights to top management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Develop internal tools to automate and streamline day-to-day work processes, improving overall efficiency and contributing to the company’s margins.
• Assist the team with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentations, and projects such as company financial reports and board/investor presentations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Contribute to finance planning and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of financial audits.
