Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀

As a Senior Unity Game Developer, you will join our small but mighty hypercasual game team in Barcelona who are developing chart topping titles. In this role, you’ll have full technical responsibility and autonomy over your own game, but will be learning alongside other talented developers with the same objective.

If you take extreme ownership and thrive in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environments, you’re made for the job!

Your week will look like:

  • Develop new game features autonomously and in compliance with deadlines
  • Guarantee a robust and reusable code
  • Ensure an optimal user experience and sprinkle your games with engaging mechanics
  • Suggest new concepts & ideas thanks to your knowledge of current trends
  • Exchanging experience with other members of the Development department (i.e. conducting code reviews, pair programming sessions, attending and contributing to the knowledge sharing session)
  • Work on defined process improvements, OKRs
  • Work on internal documentation such as guides for the development or QA teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on soft-launches and iterations (polishing, optimization, etc.)
