Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀
As the Director of Product for an upcoming hybridcasual/midcore title, you will define and execute all aspects of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver exceptional experiences for our players and drive a successful product launch. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee all aspects of the product life cycle, from concept to launch and beyond. Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborating with game development teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative game systems & features that meet player needs and expectations.
- Leading the product planning and prioritization process, including feature definition, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Driving product launches and post-launch optimization efforts to maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Monitoring key performance metrics and analytics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors on product-related matters.
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
