Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

You will become a valued member of the People Team at Homa! This dynamic team comprises several branches, including the HR team consisting of the VP of People, two HR Business Partners (HRBP), and one HR Operations specialist. As well as, a 5-people Talent Acquisition team, and an Office Manager.

Role and Missions - What you will do 🚀

As an HR Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team across various administrative tasks and projects. Your focus areas will include:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to handling contracts, payroll, onboarding materials, and management of paid leave.
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns using internal tools.
  • Support in maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.


  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required, including engagement and onboarding metrics.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises and assessments related to HR processes and benefits.


  • Contribute actively to our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) committee initiative.
  • Participate in various HR projects such as Alumni network establishment, Buddy Program implementation, and Onboarding process enhancements.
  • Aid in the implementation and upkeep of employee policies and procedures.

Learning & Development:

  • Research and explore new training options tailored to the needs of different teams.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Help in tracking employee training evaluations and maintain oversight of the training budget.
