Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

As a Growth Ops Associate at Homa, you hold a pivotal role in coordinating all teams involved in our top Live titles. Reporting to the Growth Ops Manager, you'll collaborate closely with team members and contribute to the overall success of Live titles and the Growth team.

More concretely, your missions will be the following:

• Bi-weekly Animation: Lead discussions for top titles, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Daily coordination of actions to drive performance, following up on action items.
• Playable Ads Development: Build and test playable Ads to enhance engagement.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to creative and product strategies for top titles.
