Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

We are looking for a Director of Product in order to develop and execute a cohesive product strategy for our mobile game titles, ensuring they meet market demands and company objectives.

Working alongside our President & CBO, you will be in charge of:

• Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Working closely with cross-functional leaders in game development, marketing, analytics, and user experience to drive the product vision and deliver on aggressive goals.
• Overseeing the game development lifecycle, ensuring that schedules are met and products align with the company’s quality standards.
• Diving deep into analytics and performance metrics to understand player behavior, making data-driven decisions to enhance gameplay, retention, and monetization.
• Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing transparency into product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and strategic initiatives.
• Being the champion of the user experience, ensuring that player feedback is an integral component of the product development process.
• Driving innovative solutions to increase user acquisition, engagement, and monetization, while also fostering the long-term health of the games.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation in a competitive market.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful mobile game launches and lifecycle management.
• Prior leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• A deep understanding of game design, mechanics, and user experience, particularly within the mobile gaming sector.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy at all levels of the company.
• Strong project management abilities with experience in agile development methodologies.
• A genuine passion for mobile gaming and a commitment to creating fun, engaging, and sustainable game experiences.
