You will join the People department composed of 10 people between HR, Talent Acquisition and Office Management.
Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀
This role is an exciting opportunity to not only shape the learning landscape within Homa but also to contribute significantly to the growth, engagement, and success of our talented teams. If you're passionate about learning innovation and leadership development, we invite you to be a driving force in our journey towards excellence.
You will be reporting to our VP People and will be in charge of, but not limited to:
- Pioneer L&D excellence: assume the role of an expert and a beacon of inspiration for Homa, spearheading the implementation of a dynamic and continuous learning culture
- Strategic learning needs assessment: collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners, employing a discerning mindset to identify critical learning needs across technical, soft skills and leadership domains
- Craft and execute innovative L&D roadmap: you will be in charge of defining, coordinating and implementing a cutting-edge L&D roadmap, utilizing diverse learning modalities such as peer learning, online training and more. Your role extends to managing the L&D budget with a keen eye on the ROI
- Feedback mastery: equip the organization with the art of delivering effective feedback, contributing to a culture of growth and development
- Talent management and succession planning: drive talent management and succession planning processes, ensuring a robust and future-ready workforce
- Elevate employee engagement: you oversee the OfficeVibe employee engagement survey and champion initiatives that enhance and sustain a positive and engaging work environment
- Data-driven impact analysis: implement a rigorous approach to tracking and analyzing attendance and the impact of all learning initiatives, providing insightful data to inform continuous improvement
- Cultural infusion: you collaborate with leadership to embed and diffuse the learning culture throughout the organization, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and development
- Strategic partnerships: cultivate and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts and external suppliers to design training solutions aligned with our unique culture and values
- Continuous improvement: evaluate and enhance solutions to ensure they consistently meet objectives and contribute tangible value to the business
- Network with learning partners: you maintain a robust network with various learning partners, staying abreast of industry best practices, trends, tools and techniques.
Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀
- Proven L&D experience: we're seeking a candidate with a rich and significant background in L&D. Your track record should showcase your ability to innovate and implement effective L&D initiatives that drive organizational growth
- C-Level relationship management: managing C-level executives and high-level managers is second nature to you
- Inquisitive mindset: your insatiable curiosity will drive you to explore new ideas, challenge existing norms, and keep Homa at the forefront of learning innovation
- Training virtuoso: you don't just train; you captivate and transform! Your expertise in crafting and delivering soft skills training is unparalleled, making you an indispensable asset in enhancing our workforce's capabilities
