Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧

You will join the Data department organized into:

• A Data Platform Team with 5 Data Engineers who are ingesting large amounts of data from multiple different sources, creating and maintaining a core data model which aims at making data standardized, reliable and easily available
• An Analytics & Data Science Team with 7 Data Analysts and Scientists exploiting our data for:
  • Game Analytics
  • User Acquisition and Marketing Analytics
  • Market Inteligence Analytics
  • Ops Analytics

Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

Within the Analytics and Data Science team, our mission is to research new ways to optimize user acquisition strategies so that more people play our games and to improve players' experience to make gamers love our games.

In this context, your missions will be the following:

• Partner with Publishing, Growth and Creative Managers as well as External Devs to launch great games
• Play games and analyse data to come up with recommendations to effectively increase games KPIs and suggest new features
• Partner with Live Game teams on already launched games to improve the games KPIs by driving the game roadmap using players' data
• Standardize and automatize analysis by automating data processing (using dbt) and visualization (using Tableau).

• We are looking for outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking
• We need fluency in the core toolkit of Data Science
• You are used to manipulating large-scale data sets (SQL and Python)
• Building data pipelines (Python)
• We are keen if you have experience with descriptive and predictive modeling
• You know how to implement visualizations, dashboards and reports (Tableau)
• If you have knowledge of mobile casual gaming, this is a plus
• You are absolutely fluent in English (interviews will be led in English).
