You will join the Product department organized into:

• A Chief Product & Technology Officer
• 3 Product Managers
• 2 Product Designers

Role & Missions—What you will do 🚀

Join our expanding Homa Product team as a talented Senior Product Manager with a strong background in data expertise and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale data platforms or products. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of our cutting-edge products and enhance user experiences for the future.

Your key objectives will be to:

• Conducting thorough market and competitive research to identify opportunities and trends
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to align on strategic visions and build the product roadmap utilizing an OKR approach
• Leading user research and product discovery initiatives to understand and gain insights into customer needs
• Crafting clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and engaging mockups/prototypes to effectively communicate user requirements to our talented engineering team
• Supporting the agile development process, working closely to the engineering team to deliver the product roadmap and ensure high-quality feature standards
• Promoting a data-driven culture by leveraging data in decision-making and success analysis.

Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀

• You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product, specifically focusing on data-centric products
• You demonstrate a deep technical understanding of software development and data engineering, including a good understanding of distributed database technologies
• You are absolutely fluent in English
• You’re curious, and attentive and you are able to turn challenges into opportunities.

Good to have:

• Hold a degree in computer science or a related STEM field
• Prior experience working with agile methodologies
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Sketch, Adobe XD.
