Holidu is one of the world’s fastest-growing vacation rental technology companies. Our mission is to make booking and hosting holiday homes free of doubt and full of joy, by helping hosts generate more bookings with less work and helping guests find a holiday home they truly enjoy. Our team of 700 colleagues from 60+ nations shares a passion for tech, an ambition for constant improvement, and a relentless drive to bring the best experience to more than 40k vacation rental hosts and 4 million annual guests.

Your future team

You'll join Holidu's Business Intelligence team, where we firmly believe "BI as a Product" is the way forward and AI-native development is how we get there. You'll report directly to the Director of BI and work closely with our data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers, who are both your closest collaborators and your users.
Your customers are the roughly 700 colleagues across Holidu, so even small efficiency gains translate into real business value. This is a new role for us, one of the first of its kind alongside our existing data functions, and you'll help build the frameworks and best practices that don't fully exist yet, starting with products like our in-house conversational analytics tool.

Your role in this journey

  • Own the roadmap for Holidu's in-house data products, including our AI-native conversational analytics tool, from early scoping through release and iteration.
  • Prioritize and communicate a fast-moving backlog of feature requests, issues, and releases, so analysts, data scientists, and account managers always know what's shipping and why.
  • Lead cross-departmental data initiatives that touch the whole company, for example aligning how a provider's data flows into our BI platform after a system change, keeping every downstream report and prediction accurate.
  • Represent the voice of the user, translating raw, often unstructured needs into products people actually want to use.
  • Build the playbook for this role as you go: design the best practices, processes, and workflows for data product management at Holidu, since this function is still taking shape.
  • Work with modern AI tooling as part of your everyday workflow, using it to move faster on scoping, communication, and iteration across a growing portfolio of internal products.
  • Use behavioral data on how colleagues actually use our internal tools to guide what you build next, turning usage patterns into your product roadmap.

Your backpack is filled with

  • A track record of shipping complex products successfully in fast-paced environments; data experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven experience driving adoption of an internal tool or platform, with a clear before-and-after impact you can point to.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not just talking about AI.
  • Background as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Data Product Manager, or similar; Chief of Staff experience or similar with a strong product angle also works.
  • A driver mentality: you think in adoption curves and trust, and you would rather ship and iterate than spend your day refining tickets and running rituals.
  • Comfortable bringing structure to an unstructured environment, building process where none exists yet.
  • Strong stakeholder skills: you can synthesize messy, cross-departmental input from analysts, data scientists, and account managers into a clear plan.

Our adventure includes

  • Impact: Shape the future of travel with products used by millions of guests and thousands of hosts. At Holidu ideas become products, data drives decisions, and iteration fuels fast learning. Your work matters—and you’ll see the impact.
  • Learning: Grow professionally in a culture that thrives on curiosity and feedback. You’ll learn from outstanding colleagues, collaborate across disciplines, and benefit from mentorship, and personal learning budgets—with a strong focus on AI.
  • Great People: Join a team of smart, motivated and international colleagues who challenge and support each other. We celebrate wins and keep our culture fun, ambitious and human. Our customers are guests and hosts—people we can all relate to—making work meaningful and energizing.
  • Technology: Work in a modern tech environment. You’ll experience the pace of a scale-up combined with the stability of a proven business model, enabling you to build, test, and improve continuously.
  • Flexibility: Work in a hybrid setup with 50%+ in-office time for collaboration, and spend up to 8 weeks a year from other inspiring locations. You’ll stay connected through regular events and meet-ups across our almost 30 offices.
  • Perks on Top: Of course, we also offer travel benefits, gym discounts, and other perks to keep you energized—but what truly sets us apart is the chance to grow in a dynamic industry, alongside amazing people, while having fun along the way.
