Love finding people more than waiting for them to find you? Own active sourcing for Holidu across Europe: engage candidates on Linkedin, build talent pools, and use AI tools to make our sourcing smarter. Remote in Italy, 12 months contract, full- or part-time (20h minimum per week).

You will join our Talent Management team who takes care of hiring and people topics across Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Austria, Greece and Croatia. You will report directly to the Head of Talent Management and work hand in hand with recruiters and hiring managers across all our markets. As our Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be the engine behind our talent pipelines: finding the people our hiring teams have not met yet.
Please note: This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract (not an internship), and any potential extension or permanent opportunity will depend on future team needs that cannot be foreseen or guaranteed.
Your role in this journey
Own active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels for business and tech roles across our European markets.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate role requirements into sharp search strategies and compelling outreach.
Build, maintain and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Use AI tools to automate and continuously improve our sourcing workflows: experiment, measure and share what works.
Review data on sourcing efficiency (response rates, conversion, channel performance) and optimize our process based on what the numbers tell you.
Develop a deep understanding of our local talent markets and proactively spot opportunities to create new talent pools.
Your backpack is filled with
Strong written communication skills and fluency in English (our company language); Italian or any additional European language is a plus.
First experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house) or similar sales related role.
Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray, talent mapping) is a plus.
Genuine curiosity for AI tools and data, and a drive to experiment with new ways of working.
An independent, proactive, organized way of working.
