Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is one of France's most stunning and visited regions: Chamonix, Annecy, the Vercors, the Ardèche, the volcanoes of Auvergne. Postcard-worthy destinations, passionate property owners, and a short-term rental market with serious momentum.

You'll own the commercial development of this region. Not just a territory to cover, a business to build.

Your role in this journey

  • You identify and prospect vacation rental owners (B2C) and property managers (B2B) across your region, through all relevant channels: field visits, phone, events, referrals.
  • You own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed deal and publication of the property.
  • You regularly travel across your region to meet prospects and clients in person. Field presence is a core part of how you work, not an occasional add-on.
  • You build genuine market knowledge: competitors, seasonality, pricing dynamics, key local players.
  • You come up with initiatives to develop your region and help organize local events to promote Holidu and build a community of vacation rental owners.
  • You work closely with an Account Manager to ensure a smooth handover after onboarding the property.
  • You track your KPIs with discipline and know how to read your numbers. What's working and what needs to change.
  • As you grow in the role, you support the onboarding of new team members and share your experience with Holidu's international sales teams.

Your backpack is filled with

  • High level of self-motivation and ability to convince our vacation rental homeowners both on the phone (cold calling) and face-to-face.
  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organized way.
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience in sales or account management, travel industry, or online business.
  • Near native French and good English skills.
  • Driver's license.
