Your future team
At Holidu, our mission is simple: we make booking and hosting holiday homes free of doubt and full of joy – powered by smart technology, teamwork, and data-driven decisions.In the Business Intelligence department, we are building a new Marketing Analytics capability and are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping it from the ground up. You’ll work closely with a wide range of Marketing stakeholders, ensuring they have the data, tools, and insights they need to drive sustainable growth. Moreover, you will also collaborate with data scientists and data engineers within the department to build best in class analytical solutions.
This role is based in Munich, with two office days per week.

Your role in this journey
As part of Holidu’s Business Intelligence department, you’ll have high ownership, working closely with marketing leaders, data engineers, data scientists, and marketing tech colleagues.You will:
- Act as a senior analytics partner for Marketing, working with leadership on strategic initiatives and providing insights that directly influence channel strategy, budget allocation, and revenue growth.
- Translate marketing logic across multiple channels (e.g. Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Affiliate) into clear analytical requirements and robust data models.
- Own complex analytical topics such as attribution, cost and revenue allocation, or bidding, and drive best practices across the organisation.
- Partner closely with Marketing Technology on tracking concepts, event design, and data flows to ensure high data quality and reliable reporting frameworks.
- Deliver hands-on analytics work end-to-end: from data modelling and analysis to visualisation and stakeholder communication.
- Help shape the future of marketing analytics at Holidu by defining standards, improving tooling, and acting as a role model for analytical excellence.
Your backpack is filled with
- 5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing analytics in a B2B or B2C organisation where marketing is a core performance driver.
- Deep hands-on expertise in at least one of the following areas: attribution, cost & revenue allocation, or bidding.
- Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders and translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
- A strong ownership mindset: you’re mission-driven, think from customer needs backwards, and are experienced in delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills, including advanced SQL, Python (or similar), data visualisation, and the ability to build scalable analytical frameworks for real business needs.
- A strong personal focus on AI enablement: you actively use AI tools to enhance your analytics, coding, planning, and workflows, and help drive adoption through example.
