Your future team

Your role in this journey
- You will support hosts to manage their properties on various channels including booking.com and airbnb.
- You will support guests to manage their bookings efficiently via phone, e-mail and Whatsapp.
- You will communicate with our partners such as booking.com and airbnb to solve problems in the booking process.
- You will be the voice of the customer and transfer customer requirements & potential issues to the product team to help improve the Holidu product every day.
- You will play an active part in finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction.
- You will intensively cooperate with Product, Sales and Account Management for developing guest / homeowner experience.
Your backpack is filled with
- Fluency in Dutch and good English skills. Proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
- Friendly, team-work oriented personality and strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with great problem solving skills.
- First experiences in customer service or in the hotel industry are a plus.
- Willingness to work on weekends (with balance days during the week or additional holidays).
- Ambitious, humble and eager to learn.
