• Assisting partners in completing their KYC processes, addressing their doubts and questions promptly and effectively.
• Ensuring the smooth execution of KYC procedures by maintaining clear and organised records.
• Communicating with partners to gather required documentation and information.
• Collaborating closely with the Director of Business Development to ensure alignment with our business goals.
• Proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the KYC process to avoid delays.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our KYC and payment solution rollout procedures.

• You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field.
• You have a sharp eye for detail which ensures the high quality and accuracy of your work.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously are among your strengths.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate well with diverse teams and partners.
• Fluent English language skills.
