Working Student - Quality Assurance and Test Automation (f/m/d)

• We are writing our applications and microservices in Java with Spring Boot, running on Kubernetes, as well as in Python.
• Data storage with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Heavy usage of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git.
• Monitoring with ELK and Grafana.
• Internally developed process monitoring based on AWS Firehose, Athena and Looker.

• The development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Identifying, recording, documenting, and tracking bugs.
• Conducting post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Analyzing test results, identifying trends, and reporting on testing progress and product quality.

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related technical field.
• Practical experience with coding and software development on university projects, ideally with Python or Java.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) would be huge plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
