Your future team
Join the Visibility team within the Guest Experience department. This cross functional team works on new features and projects to increase organic revenues of Holidu while also leading various strategic initiatives.
You will also be part of the Design team. Currently, we are 7 multidisciplinary designers working together to design and deliver best-in-class products & services to our customers. Take a look at our design blog to get a glimpse of what we have been working on: https://holidu.design
Your role in this journey
- Conducting user research to identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces that lead intuitive user experiences, ranging from small feature iterations to larger, complex ones.
- Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to efficiently implement cohesive, inclusive and well-informed user experiences.
- Providing high-quality user interfaces and effectively communicating your thought process and methodology.
- Actively participating in the growth of the Design Team by giving and receiving constructive feedback, improving work processes, and contributing to our design system.
- Staying up to date with new design trends and industry standards.
Your backpack is filled with
- 2+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on consumer-facing web and mobile products.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering digital products.
- Strong understanding and application of visual design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset, taking ownership of delivering exceptional designs.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data and profound analytical skills.
- Demonstrated empathy, curiosity, and eagerness to explore innovative ideas.
- Hands-on experience with digital design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
