Your future team

Join our dynamic and highly international Business Development team, where we cover the entire value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization. We are a team of 17 passionate individuals who bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners, colleagues, and travellers. You will play a vital role in our team's success and contribute to the growth of our Italian market.

This is a 6-months temporary position.

Your role in this journey

Your primary focus will be supporting the Adriatic Team in optimising the performance of the Italian and Croatian partnerships. Your role will involve collaborating closely with both the Technical Account Management (TAM) team and the Business Development team, and you will be responsible for conducting performance analysis, upselling activities and quality checks to optimise the visibility and conversion of our partners on our platforms.

Other responsibilities included:

  • Make sure all necessary information for the integration has been provided by the partner. Contact the partner if any information is missing.
  • Help improve the quality of our partners by identifying and validating errors related to their data in the booking funnel.
  • Maximise the number of searchable properties for integrated partners, enhancing our platform's inventory.
  • Perform benchmark analysis to identify low performers and identify potential solutions.
  • Support partners on inquiries related to the collaboration with Holidu and their performance.
  • Offer Holidu Payment to our accounts and bring the booking experience for our guests to the next level.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Ongoing studies in tourism, business administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams and partners.
  • Comfortable and proficient in working with technology and digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Process-driven with analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Native Italian skills, fluent English skills. Additional languages like Spanish, French, Croatian or German are a plus.
