Your future team

Join our dynamic and highly international Business Development team in Holidu, where we cover the entire value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and account optimization. We are a team of +15 passionate individuals who bridge the gap between business and technology, working for a profitable and seamless experience with Holidu for our connected partners in the VR Sector. As a part of the Business Development Team, you will play a vital role in our team's success and contribute to the growth of our Iberian markets.

This is a 6-months temporary position.

Your role in this journey

  • You will develop the same responsibilities of our Partnership Managers (PAMs); your primary focus will be both in onboarding new partners to the Holidu Booking Portal, as well as, ensuring a successful performance and profitable partnership in our platform. Your role will involve collaborating closely with both the Technical Account Management (TAM) team and the Business Development team, and you will be responsible for configuring partners in our tools, conducting test bookings, and optimising their online visibility with a strong focus on quality and bookability.

  • Other responsibilities in your team:
    • Own the Onboarding and integration processes of newly signed Holidu partners in Spain, Portugal and Greece.
    • Make sure all necessary information for the integration has been provided by the partner. Keep a close communication with partner if any information is missing.
    • Collaborate closely with the TAM and Business Development teams to onboard new partners, with a particular focus on the Southern European markets.
    • Configure partners in our internal tools to ensure a smooth integration process.
    • Conduct test bookings to validate the accuracy and functionality of partner integrations.
    • Help improve the quality of our partners by identifying and validating errors related to their data online and in the Customer booking funnel.
    • Optimise the account of already integrated properties through predefined metrics and scores to improve their performance online and ensure a seamless booking experience for our user guests.
    • Maximise the number of searchable properties for newly integrated partners, enhancing our platform's inventory.
    • Follow a the integration workflow in our CRM system and adhere to integration deadlines.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Recently finished degree in Business administration, Tourism, IT, Economics or related fields.
  • Comfortable and proficient in working with technology and digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Highly process-driven with analytical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with diverse teams and partners.
  • No previous experience is required, newly graduated students are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages like Portuguese, French, Greek or German are a big plus.
