Your role in this journey
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead the Onboarding and integration processes for newly signed Holidu partners in the DACH market.
- Ensure all necessary information for integration is provided by the partner, maintaining close communication to address any missing details.
- Collaborate closely with the TAM and Business Development teams to onboard new partners, with a specific focus on the DACH market.
- Configure partners in our internal tools to facilitate a seamless integration process.
- Conduct test bookings to validate the accuracy and functionality of partner integrations.
- Enhance partner quality by identifying and validating errors related to their online data and the Customer booking funnel.
- Optimize the accounts of already integrated properties using predefined metrics and scores to improve their online performance and ensure a seamless booking experience for users.
- Maximize the number of searchable properties for newly integrated partners, enriching our platform's inventory.
- Follow the integration workflow in our CRM system and adhere to integration deadlines.
Your backpack is filled with
- Degree in Business administration, Tourism, IT, Economics or related fields.
- Comfortable and experienced in working with technology and digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Highly process-driven with analytical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and partners.
- Fluency in German and English. Additional languages like French, Italian or Spanish are a plus.
