(Senior) Data Analyst Customer Experience (f/m/d)

• Customer experience management is a critical and core part of our philosophy - we keep the customer at the core of our decision making. Partnering with the Customer Happiness team, you will be focused on developing our cross-functional Voice of Customer Program, targeting product and operations improvements, and helping to manage our large customer support operations workforce. 
• You will partner closely with the Head of Customer happiness and be a trusted go-to person for help with problem–solving, prioritisation and insights generation, including KPI definition and ad-hoc data analysis.
• You own the end to end data flow for providing your stakeholders with useful insights: data collection, extraction, cleaning, and aggregation.
• You build and maintain systematic reporting and dashboards in Looker to foster self-service data culture.
• You perform complex ad-hoc analyses and predictive analytics projects on large volumes of data using SQL and Python.
• You will work closely together with our Data Engineering team and the rest of the Business Intelligence department to define the strategy for the analytics architecture.

• Solid foundational experience with 2+ years of experience (4+ years work experience for senior role) in analytics (preferably with focus on operations) with proven business impact.
• A strong SQL background, including ETL transformations and data modelling, to build systems to support data analytics.
• Proficiency in a structured programming language (e.g. Python or R).
• The ability to generate insights and tell a story from large data sets, using data visualization tools (Looker is a plus).
• Analytical mindset and capability of finding efficient solutions independently.
• Strong curiosity and a passion for Big Data solutions and methodology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
