Your future team
Your role in this journey
You provide technical support for new internal processes and integrations in addition to ensuring the existing ones are reliable and stable.
You manage projects to improve the integration with internal and external systems.
You use different tools to monitor, debug and resolve incidents (e.g. Kibana, Looker, JIRA, Confluence, Grafana, Postman, and SQL queries).
You act as the primary interface between the Product team and internal stakeholders, ensuring communication is both timely and effective.

Currently enrolled or recently finished studies in a technical area.
- Proactive working style by fully owning and taking over responsibility of your tasks and projects.
Good understanding of API integrations (e.g. JSON, XML) and SQL queries.
Love and understanding of technology and system integrations.
Desire to build and maintain strong relationships with Product and Engineering Teams.
Previous experience in a product or technical support role is a plus.
Project management skills and an analytical and process-oriented mindset is a plus.
Fluency in English.
