Your future team
You will be part of an international, growing team with people from Italy, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and more. With such diverse backgrounds we love talking about food, cultures and of course we take traveling very seriously.
Your role in this journey
- Lead our Paid Search Team, consisting of six people.
- Responsible for world-class results while managing a mid 8-figure yearly budget across Google and Microsoft
- Motivate and enable your team to achieve great results.
- Work with large data, make decisions and execute on findings.
- Lead process improvements together with Business Intelligence and IT.
- Continually work on new tests and evaluate the activities.
Your backpack is filled with
- A quantitative mindset and background with a deep business understanding.
- Experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Search with an excellent track record or the willingness and ability to learn fast.
- Demonstrated ability to (informally) lead others to outstanding results.
- Quantitative mindset and desire to work with data and to find answers.
- A focus on testing, decision making and improvement.
- Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus.
- University degree in business, economics, physics, computer science, Mathematics or related.
- Proficiency in Excel and coding preferred.
